Hi, Julie!  Just wanted to give you a shout out and an 'atta girl for exercising this weekend!  When I first went to the gym, I could only do 8 minutes on a recumbent bike, and that wiped me out...  Fast forward a few years and many pounds later, I can do 60 minutes on an elliptical trainer, and I lift weights 2-3 times per week.  We all start somewhere, Julie, and the beginning is a great place to do it!  Keep up your exercise efforts; the progress may be slow, but it is steady!   Kellie

Howdy, all! I had a nice weekend, other than working on the Project from Hell.  I am happy to report that the Project from Hell is close to being finished.  The money I'm being paid is good, but let me tell you, I earned every darn cent. My sister and I went to see "Stories on Stage" at the Denver Performing Arts Center.  It's a series where actors read short stories.  This was our first time attending this series, and we loved it!  It was in the smaller, more intimate theater, and the short stories they selected were hilarious, and riveting.  One of the actors reading was GW Bailey, who is in The Closer (or for those of you with longer memories, he played Rizzo on the MASH series).  He was particularly entertaining, and obviously quite talented. I'd like to give another shoutout to the Rockies, who will sweep the National League Championship tonight in Game 4 and head to the World Series!  Woohoo! What's up for the week?  Hopefully, getting this project finished and getting back into a more normal routine. My numbers are upsetting again this week, but I need to just accept it and do what needs to be done. Beginning weight:  530 lbs Surgery weight:  407 Last week:  227 This week: 227 Kix
