250lbs gone! 410/160... Life's sweet!

Well, got to say, this was a good week, a very good week! I HIT MY GOAL!!!! And, I made the double century mark of having lost over 200 pounds! Nice way to begin the week!
surgery weight: 371
Last week's weight: 176
this week's weight: 170!!!!!
6 pounds lost this week and a loss of 201 pounds total! I'm still shaking my head, can't believe I made it.
I think this calls for some new clothes (since I NEVER do that - hah

Hi Marge, and everyone else.
I had a good weekend went to Lake Tahoe to visit my parents. We had a great visit. Spent some time at the casinos, didn't do very well there, but had fun. I have a doctors appointment today, hopefully she will completely take me off my blood pressure meds.. she has been weaning me off of them. So here goes my numbers for the week
Beginning weight 473 Surgery weight 417 Last week 185 This week 184 Only 1 pound but better than nothing. Have a great week everyone... Lynn
I have a full week ahead. We are flying to Las Vegas on Friday for the one-month memorial service for my brother-in-law. This will be my first time on an airplane in about six years, and on Southwest, no less! I'm looking forward to needing only one seat! We attend the memorial service in Vegas, then drive 2+ hours to my sister's house (how do you folks live so far away from stuff?), where we will stay for a few days and then go back to Vegas and stay overnight. I plan to have great fun, even if I'm spending too much money on all of this.
Of course, the timing sucks, as the four days we are out of town are the days the Rockies play the BoSox here in Colorado. Sigh.
I still have to finish the Project from Hell. Apparently, a hunk of my work has gone missing, so I'm going to have to reconstruct it. If any of you watch the show "Reaper," I feel like Ray Wise (the actor who plays the Devil) is standing over my shoulder, laughing his azz off!
I'm pretty happy with my loss this week. It was two pounds lower yesterday, but we went for Mexican food, which means I ate more sodium than I usually do. I also didn't go for a power walk yesterday because of the $&%* snow. I guess I'm going to have to walk in snowshoes this winter.
Beginning weight: 530 lb
Surgery weight: 407
Last week: 227 lb
This week: 222 lbs
