Karma....What would life be without it? 250lbs gone! 410/160... Life's sweet!
Marge,
Aunt Flo is at my house as well. I have gained 1 lb so far. I don't like to gain any lbs. However, normally I usually gain 3-5 lbs so if 1 lb is all I have gained then I can deal with it. Not happy about it but it is easier to lose 1 lb than 5.

Hi Marge...
Had a quiet weekend..went to the mall Saturday and did alittle damage...I just love shopping now.

OK, I'm discouraged this week. I have not changed my eating, or calorie intake. I'm still getting my protein and lots of water, but I'm up this week. I've been pretty much the same since the end of August, and I'm only 9 months out. I want to get below that 200lb mark, but right now, it is HARD. I don't know if I'm exercising too much, or or what. I know that last night, my scale said that my body fat % was 25.9%, which is normal for a person my age. This morning, it said 33.6%, which is on the higher end. I know that the reading will fluctate depending on hydration levels, etc. My body fat % is always higher in the morning before I start having my water for the day. Based on the % numbers, I should only have 20lbs of fat still to lose. I know that I have significiant loose skin, and due to rashes, have been cleared by the dermatologist to have excess skin removed next year. I have to be 1 year post op, and my weight must be stable.
Here are my numbers for the week:

Hiya, Marge. Sorry Aunt Flo's been giving you the blues - she's been at my house too, but thankfully she's heading out the door today. I retain fluids pretty heavily during my cycle - my poor breasts swell up like inflated balloons! It's pretty darn uncomfortable, and I'm always glad when it's over. Anyway, here's my numbers for the week:
Beginning weight - 396
Surgery weight - 386
Last week - 201.5
Today - 194.8
I've been tinkering with my daily calorie intake -- trying to get from an average of 2300-2400 calories per day down to 1900-2000 calories per day. And working hard to stick with the 6-7 exercise sessions per week. Apparently it's working. We'll see what continues to happen.... Regardless, I'm happy about it!!!
