I haven't been online much in the last few days.  I've been waiting for anew hard drive to arrive from Dell for my laptop.  Consequently, I haven't posted exercise but now I shall.

Fri - 30 minutes walking

Sat - 20 minutes recumbent bike

Sun - 20 minutes recumbent bike

Mon - I walked for 20 minutes this morning and hopefully will have time to ride the bike later on today

Hi Karen,

Thanks for opening the gym today.  I taught 3 hours of swim lessons, and attended a 1 hour water aerobics class - so 4 hours of water activites for me!

Hi, Karen and thanks for opening the gym!  I took off from work on Monday, so did not go to the gym.  I did about 2 hours of yard work, and various other housework - I must have gone up and down the stairs 40 times!  Anyway, although not "formal" exercise, I was moving!   Kellie
