I haven't been online much in the last few days. I've been waiting for anew hard drive to arrive from Dell for my laptop. Consequently, I haven't posted exercise but now I shall.
Fri - 30 minutes walking
Sat - 20 minutes recumbent bike
Sun - 20 minutes recumbent bike
Mon - I walked for 20 minutes this morning and hopefully will have time to ride the bike later on today
