Hey There Willby! Long time no hear!  I'm doing pretty good.  I haven't been posting on this board for a long time either as my working life has become so busy I have no time to be on the board.  I am healthy and happy.  I continue to struggle with my eating demons...particularly this Christmas season!  I never got skinny like  I hoped.  I have regained 15 lbs since my lowest weight, so now I'm around 250.  I'm going to be doing some plastic surgery in early February.  I have had lots of problems with the breast I had radiation on for the breast cancer I had 6 years ago.  They want to do a mastectomy.  So, I'm going to have one and have it rebuilt with my tummy...all will be covered by insurance which is a good thing...but, it is a very big surgery, so I'm scared. I still think about you from time to time and would love to hear from you! Big Hugs, Lori

hi lori:   hijack... hope all goes well with your surgery.  the fear is normal - i went thru it with my foot, when they reconstructed.  and i'm still waiting for it to come out of a cast and see how it works.  but i'm glad you're following through with the business of taking care of you.   good luck, hun.  you'll be in my thoughts and prayers for a wonderful recovery. hugs

Hey Lori, Just wanted to say good luck to you on your upcoming surgery. I had no problems with my RNY but the TT was not as nice to me. I had complications and also got the MRSA infection that was unknown back then compared to how it is now. I survived it Thank God and Im sure it was just a fluke that I got so sick. You are a fighter and will get through this as well as you have every other obstacle you have faced and will be healthier, happier, and prettier LOL. Good luck and keep us posted. Hugs, Soos
