thanks! i was kind of nervous about the LBL, having read too many horror stories...but this procedure went really well for me...really smoothly. the initial pain was tolerable with drugs. it was one of those 23-hours in hospital procedures, then i went home alone. just took it easy, took vicodin and didn't do any bending! it was worth the pain! deb
