hey everyone....

I went to my weigh in today an was a lil disppointed. I have done just about everything an to find out the only thing left for me to do to get my date is that I have to get my bmi under 60. I lost 1 point today so that was a bummer an now my bmi is 63. I've lost a totally ova 20 pds so far. So I told myself to not give up an that I will be doin a liquid diet to try to get it under there within 4 weeks. I go back on the 20th of feb.  for a weigh in. So Im little ok now but I'm give it all I got cuz its on a lil -4 more an I will get a date.

So keep me in your prayers an good luck to everyone.

My surgeon wanted me to lose 10% of my weight prior to surgery (50 lbs).  I went on a modified Optifast plan (1100 calories/day) and lost the 50 lbs so fast that he didn't have any open dates for surgery.  I asked to stay on Optifast until surgery, and ended up losing 123 lbs pre-op. You can do it!   Kix PS:  I lived in St. Louis for 2.5 years and had no idea where Monett is, so I looked on the map.  I've never visited that corner of MO, the closest I've gotten is Branson.  Do you get lots of tornadoes in that part of MO?
