The gym is open. It's Tuesday, so that means aquacise as well as whatever other stuff I do at the gym. What did you do to move your body today? Kix

Good Morning Kix! WOOOHOOO for workouts that are done! LOL 30 mins Dreadmill on +7 incline and 3.2 mph and I'm wiped out.... LOL

Kix I've always always wanted to try the aquacise or aquaerobics I think is what they call it here? Anyway is it fun? THE only thing stopping me is all the soliders looking down on the pool while they workout!!  Okay so this should technically go on yesterday's gym but what the heck. Last night instead of just sitting down and watching the soccer practice I decided to walk around the field...it was bigger than I thought It works out good for me because we have soccer practice every night except Friday so that's a good walk every night. Hubby has most of the day off today and I think we're going to try to squeeze a ride in. So for me today it will be at least one time around the soccer field and a bike ride (we average between 8-14 miles) depending on how I'm feeling. Those little bike seats do some major damage on the sensitive areas.. Have a GOOD workout!! Jamie

I'm back to 2-a-days, Kix!  So will do strength training for upper body and core work at lunch, then go back for 50-60 minutes of cardio after work.  It felt really good to have a hard workout yesterday after having been away from my regular routine for almost 2 weeks.  It was a good reminder about why I continue to work out on an almost daily basis! Enjoy your aquacise class!!!! Kellie

Well I did walk yesterday, 3 miles!  It was pretty easy, I walked at a moderately fast pace but not super fast because I get nervous about my ankles.  If I can manage to go to the bathroom before it gets dark I plan to walk again today.  At the moment I am waiting for some miralax to kick in because I'm a lot uncomfortable and its been 4 days since I've used the bathroom.  If I don't walk today I am going to do 8 miles on the bike again.

 I walked around my apt complex once its not really exercise because its just to easy.   I also snacked all day so I moved my jaw ALOT......I hate days like today it reminds me of presurgery me!

We went to aquacise tonight and the pool was a lovely 95 degrees.  It was so relaxing and now I am ready to fall asleep.    Kix
