Gym is Open (Frantic Friday, 3/28)

The gym is open! I have a very full day.  My job interview is at 8:30 (ugh), so I have to start my day early, just like real people.  After my interview, I'm meeting my sister downtown for lunch, and then I plan to walk to the convention center to attend the auto show (my sister is not interested in looking at cars, so I'm going by myself.  I love looking at the cars, patting the cars, getting in and out of the cars, etc).  The last time we went to the auto show, I was still using a walker.  No walker this time! Other than lots of walking, and whatever calories I expend fretting on my way to the job interview, I won't be doing "real" exercise today. What did you do to move your body today? Kix

I did a full 45 mins on the Dreadmill again this morning, If I'm going to add to my time any more, I'm either going to have to give up and get up earlier (and I really thought 2:45 was early enough LOL).... or get to my desk and online with OH later, one of the two...... decisions decisions LOL

I'm going to the gym at midnight tonight so I don't know if that counts for today or tomorrow :) I intend to do a little more than yesterday because I don't think I challenged my body much yesterday - 30minutes treadmill, 10 minutes bike (their bike really works my quads more than mine at home, I can feel them burning) and I am going to try a small arm circuit too - maybe 10 or 15 reps on the lowest weight for each of the arm machines - only one circuit
