I decided to take it easier today, not sure why but I just went with the uppoer body weight training today for 30 mins.....

Nada....which is what I have been doing for a month........and i'm really getting pissed off at myself so could you beat me over the head with a piece of gym equipment?  I need some motivation.......got any?

Definitely a 2-a-day for me, Kix, as I'm trying to sweat off some of this nasty fluid I'm retaining.  I'll do upper body strength training and core work at lunch.  May do yoga after work, but may choose to do cardio instead (will depend on my mood).  If I do yoga and the weather is decent, I might also do a bike ride with one of my roommates when I get home just for fun... Spinning class for me. I was so sore from my weights yesterday and had the hardest time pushing it - every muscle is sore and tired. Of course, part of that could be the gray and rainy day outside - I'm glad it's rain and now snow but still, I was enjoying the sun yesterday. I guess this means you will be inside working out today??

Well I think I know why I didn't have energy for the gym yesterday - between giving blood and the 4lbs I lost yesterday/last night I was busy.  I should be able to predict when I am going to lose because I pee a lot more often and usually end up taking a nap sometime that day.  I AM GOING TO THE GYM TODAY.  If it kills me.  I will do AT LEAST 30min cardio and will try to do an hour or do some strength training too.

40 minutes upper body and then 20 minutes on the elliptical.  I ran for a whole minute again.  Until I saw my heart rate go to 165 (yeah, that's the excuse I'll use!).  Why I'm trying to run is beyond me, but it just feels like I'm getting to my goal faster.  I know I'm killing my joints when I do it.
