Hello! No need to be shy. :) Thanks! I've been very happy with the results. I lost 20lbs prior to surgery. Part of it was a good faith effort requested by my surgeon and part of it from a two week pre-op liquid diet. I always post my weight loss from my highest weight when I first saw my surgeon. I take EVERY pound I can get. That's what our nurses coordinator likes to say at least! :) I think doing a 6-mo supervised diet is frustrating, but hopefully it will help pave the way to your future of eating smaller portions and focusing more on healthier food intake. I wish you the best for the remaining 3 months! Keep up the hard work!

Hi Lauren, Welcome to this great board. You look fantastic. My firt thought when I saw our picture...what beautiful collarbones! I can't wait to find mine. I am still waiting for a date for lap RNY. I have finished all of the tests and am awaiting insurance approval and a surgery date. I should have both this week so kep your fingers crossed for me. I can't wait to start my journey. Thanks for the cool compliment. I got my collarbones back a couple months ago. Only someone on OH would understand how exciting that is! HA HA. I hope your insurance approval comes in soon! For me the insurance approval was simple, but getting the date took a couple weeks of waiting. I remember I called home voicemail on the hour for two weeks straight just in case they mistakenly called me at home instead of work. I was so relieved when I finally got that date! Talk soon!
