Gym is Open (Wicked Wednesday 6/11)
Good morning, Kix, and welcome to Wicked Wednesday! It's gorgeous here in Cleveland - sunny blue skies and it's supposed to be in low to mid-80s today. Ah, the perfect weather we've been waiting for all year has finally arrived... Hopefully the warm weather will help my newly planted grass seeds sprout so my lawn can green up!!!
As for my exercise plan, today's a 2-a-day. Lower body strength training and core work at lunch, then 60 minutes of cardio after work. I did a short cardio session yesterday (35 minutes) because someone was using the only rowing machine and I didn't want to wait for it. I hope to get in my full 60 minutes today - it's a good calorie burn....

20 minutes on elliptical. Mount Kilamanjaro again at level 5. Did it @ that level the entire time and didn't take my arms off the sticks either. Last week's change to the crosstrainer must have helped a ton. But I'm finding it harder and harder to get my heart rate up to the 80%. Ah...another goal to meet. Then did 30 minutes of upper body strength training. And...my hiney is sore today. Went on a 45 minute bike ride last night while hubby was running. Oh yeah, my left knee is barking a little today too.

We went to the gym last night - I did 3 miles (walking) on the treadmill in an hour. I will probably do 20min tonight then full body weight training, then 20 more minutes walking. It was busy last night so no jogging. Maybe tonight :)
