Ok time to go back to planning and tracking, at least for a little while.  I tend to track for a week or two and the stop for a week or two - I generally just like to see where I am on average, but I should be better with tracking.  We went to the farmers market and bought a lot of produce so I'm going to be busy trying to cook and eat it all before it goes bad.  We got cherries, mango, avocado, green beans, cucumbers, corn, and tomatoes at the farmers market, along with some local goat cheese.  Then at the grocery store I loaded up on even more fruits and veggies.  I am craving them like crazy, thank goodness they are good for you! B - new recipe - smoothie with 16oz mootopia, 1 packet chocolate CIB, 1 serving benefiber, 1**** and 1 serving powdered peanut butter (300cal, 6g fiber, 37g protein) S - 1c cherries L - south beach chicken caesar wrap kit (230cal, 14g fiber, 24g protein) D - shake and bake pork chop, corn on the cob, sliced tomato S - mango Calories - 1340 Fat - 39g Carbs - 158g Fiber - 44g Protein - 114g It looks like a lot, we'll see if I eat it all.  I notice that I tend to not eat enough when I don't plan it out, a nice problem to have but still, not good.

How long have you had your powdered pnut butter?  Is it PB2.  I ordered mine the end of the 2nd week of May and it hasn't come in yet.  They said they were changing their shipper and there would be a delay.  They only told me that after I inquired where my shipment was!

It is PB2, and I only have one jar - I got it from melting mama on OH.  Its been maybe a month.  I like it but I don't know if I would order it because I'm not a huge peanut fan and you have to order more than one jar.  If they had powdered cashews, that'd be another story, yum.

Our local farmers' markets are kind of lame, but they start up next week, so I will be looking for decent   watermelons for my sister.  Most of the watermelons she gets in the grocery stores taste strip-mined, so she is looking forward to getting a real watermelon. I've kind of gone off produce as a post-op, don't ask me why.  I used to love fresh vegetables and now I walk right by them.  I used to eat zucchini by the truckload, and now I can't even bear to look at it. I've been lax on my water intake and I see the scale has only moved down 1 lb even though I have been pretty strict in keeping to WLS eating.  More water! B;  2 EAS protein drinks @220 calories, 34g protein More later! Kix
