They are also a good source of manganese, magnesium, carotenoids, omega-3 fatty acids, and iron.

OK, I have always loved pumpkin seeds too.  We used to make them when we carved our pumpkins for Halloween.  I was taught to eat the whole seed - not just the inner seed.  Is that how others eat them too? I have to say, I *do* like them salted.  It might be a fairly reasonable salty snack (although I haven't checked how much salt they put on them).

NO flaming here. Just my HO... That seems like a really high calorie count for a 1/4 cup. I don't love them that much.. I don't think any of us should/ would... Do you know how much I can eat for 296 calories...
