I never did post my food for yesterday.  I did fine later in the day, but barely ate until 4 or 5, I just didn't want it, a bite or two and I couldn't take another bite - we ended up going out for dinner and I had the insides of half a roast beef sandwich, and a cup of french onion soup with cheese.  Then before bed I finally was hungry so I had a chicken leg and some prunes.  Today we need to grocery shop, and here's my plan - B - 16oz mootopia (they lowered the protein in mootopia BOOOOOO, its now 12g per 8oz instead of 14) plus benefiber S - fiber one yogurt L - chick fil a chicken sandwich on a wheat bun S - 1/2c 2% cottage cheese, 3 compari tomatoes D - stuffed bell pepper - 1/2 green bell pepper, 1/2c brown rice, 2oz lean ground beef, marinara, 1/4c shredded cheddar cheese S - 16oz soy milk plus fiber Calories - 1330 Protein - 107g Fat - 31g Carbs - 144 (30 of them from fiber)

I had my first "oh no, I think I am going to be sick" episode today.  I ate egg drop soup for lunch.  The broth went down nicely, but I had too much egg at one time.  It did pass without me being sick, but lesson learned.  I have to say though - I enjoyed eating a "real food" and I am still a cheap date ... my lunch cost $2.66 - never was that the case presurgery!
