Happy 6 month surgi-versary to

ME... Wholy cow.. I can't believe it was 6 months ago today that I had my surgery. I am forever saying.. The time leading up to your surgery goes sooooooooooo slow (espicially when you're on 50 days of a liquid diet).. But after your surgery... Time flies when you're having fun...

I never would have thought 6 months ago that I would be down almost 110 lbs and feel the best I've felt in years.  

Jeanine, Estelle & Michelle, Thank you for your unconditional friendship and for being so supportive. With out you I don't know if I would be as sucessful as I am. I love you.

 

Congratulations  You look fantastic and more importantly, you feel fantastic.  I"m almost 6 months out and can not believe how quickly the time has flown. 

I have to admit I'm envious of your New York gang .  That is so wonderful that you all have found each other.   I'll wave to all of you this fall when we go on vacation.  We'll be visiting my inlaws in Oswego and then will be driving through to Mass to visit my stepdaughter.

Congratulations on your terrific success!  That's a fantastic amount of progress in 6 months and I feel very inspired to hear about your results.  I don't know if I could have done 50 days of LD - I am still whining about the 21 that I did.

It's great that you have the support that you do.  My DH family is from western NY and I know that I would struggle with making good food choices if I lived out there all of the time - in fact, we made a trip out there for my "last hurrah".  Maybe next time we visit, instead of pigging out, I can meet all of you wonderful ladies.

Keep up the great work and enjoy your success!  By the way, your Christmas tree was gorgeous.

Lisa I thought you were much farther along than six months.  Congratulations!  I could not imagine a 50 day liquid diet.  5 days was enough for me.  You look fantastic...just keep rolling!
