Congratulations on losing the 200lbs!! My surgery is tuesday & I am going to aim for a 200lb loss but anything more would be fantastic! Im 423 now so I think that is reachable. Im not a friend currently, but would love to see your pics if you would add me.

Honestly the loose, excess skin has been in the back of my mind since I started this whole process. I know everyone is different but ideas of what to expect are always helpful. Keep up the great work!

I too would love to be added I am in the last month of my preop diet and we can submit for insurance approval - scared out of my mind but I would like to loose another 160lbs. Please add me to your friends list. I would love to see your progress pictures, thanks for sharing. It takes a brave person to do so -- I have already started taking my before pictures. Not sure how to get them online, but I am working on getting more computer savby.
