I forgot to post this, oopsie!

So far today I've had a little bit of chicken for breakfast and half a glass of mootopia. Not interested in eating yet. I just want sweets, which I am trying to ignore.

I don't know what I will eat later, but I'll post it here. You should too! Come on, its fun! Really.

You must be ovulating!  That's how I get when I'm in that part of my cycle. 

B - powdered scrambled eggs (oh boy), 1 piece of bacon and about 1/2 cup of melon
     tons of coffee - isn't that what you do at a breakfast meeting?
S - beef jerky
L - classic grilled sandwich from mcD - only ate 1/2 of the bottom bun and not the top
D - grilled pork tenderloin that we didn't eat last night and grilled yellow squash

Better later than never, eh?  Here's what's on my plate today - edited to add dinner:

Breakfast:  1 c. 1% milk in my coffee, 1 packet Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal

Snack #1:  1 c. lowfat cottage cheese, 4 tbsp. SF preserves, 2 oz. blueberries, 1.5 oz. strawberries

Snack #2:  small banana, ~ 1 1/2 tbsp. peanut butter

[workout #1:  1 hour yoga]

Lunch:  Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers salmon w/ broccoli and pasta

Snack #3:  7 oz. Fage 2% yogurt, 1/4 c. Bob's Red Mill mueslix, 2 oz. blueberries, 1.5 oz. strawberries

Snack #4:  1 slice whole-grain bread, 3 slices smoked turkey, 1 slice low-fat cheese

[workout #2:  45-60 minutes of cardio (have been off my routine, so will gauge length of workout by how my body feels)]

Dinner:  1 bratwurst, 1 hot dog bun, 2 oz. coleslaw made w/ 1/2 serving slaw dressing

Pre B - SF NF Eggnog Latte

B - ham & cheese rollups

S - turkey jerky

L - Greek yogurt w/ fresh white peach chunks and 1/4 cup Mountain High granola added in

S - brie cheese if hungry

D - salmon salad

S - fruit, veggies & dip, maybe a bite of cake  (baby shower)

Had my first episode of foamies today.  What made it worse was that I had eaten the exact same thing yestereday and it went down and stayed down fine then - argh!

B - 3/4ths of a plum
L - turkey and cheese roll-up
      spear of pickle
      Activia Light yogurt  ( I swear by this stuff.  SO much better than Sennekot)

No supper or snacks planned.  Kind of been sticking to getting my eating in early in the day and then my fluids in the evening.  It has worked for me so far.

I'm sorry you had foamies! Miserable-ness.

I dumped today, on sugar free ice cream. I guess it was the fat.

B - the meat from three braised chicken wings

L - half a beer brat, a bite of soft pretzel

S - NSA ice cream, upon which I dumped HARD - worst dump in months

D - stir-fry chicken with peppers, onions, broccoli and about 1tbsp brown rice, plus soy sauce

Ugh.  I had 2 EAS protein drinks for breakfast, 2 EAS protein drinks for lunch, and 2 slices of pepperoni pizza for dinner, plus a handful of cashews.

I think I would like to die now, please.
