Here's my Sat plan -
B - I had 2 chocolate chip cookies
S - protein shake with mootopia (40g protein)
L - yogurt and banana
S - protein shake with mootopia (40g protein)
D - chili (beef, 2 kinds of beans, lots of veggies including sweet potato, yum) small piece of bread

I'm hiding inside from the heat. Another Oregon hot spell. 100 yesterday and 100 again today. When it gets too hot i the house to handle it (probably in an hour at 4PM) I'm off to the pool. Until then, think cool food.

L - Dutch Chocolate shake
S - Strawberry shake
S - S'mores bar
D - grilled salmon, zucchini, fresh tomatoes, grilled onion
S - Chocolate pudding

Lunch - leftover soup that I didn't do too well with. We were watching 28 weeks later and I got really grossed out and couldn't stomach eating any more
Afternoon snack - Since I was low on protein for the day, I had steamed crab legs. I gotta go on the daily plate and find out how to calculate that one
Afternoon snack - 1 serving of tostitos
Dinner - some kind of mexican. No more tortilla chips though!

Saturday--I had this great day planned out-- now that things are moving again, I'm upping the cals to 1000. But then, SigOt got the new place he'd been hoping for, so i said, "Screw DAT!" and we had a delicious celebratory dinner in his new town-- and overdid it a weeee tad on dessert. If I knew I was gonna go nuts on dinner I'd have planned better earlier-- oh well! Not too bad considering we went nutz...
B: 1/2 cup chili, 2 oz meatloaf
S: 1/2 wheat mini pita with Power PB Peanut butter
D: Cup of potato soup, half an order of thai chicken lettuce wraps (SOOO GOOD!), two bites bread with butter, a saltine
S: Slice of chocolate cake roll with whipped cream (300 calories worth of stupid/fun!)
Sunday--Today I worked out and was rewarded with an all time low weight of 169.2--- YAY! (I swear this happens every time I eat crap.) I'm watching the intake a little better today:
B: 4 oz greek yogurt. 1/4 c/ raspberries, 1/2 cup KashiGoPoop™
L: Tuna melt (made with relish and greek yogurt) with grated smoked cheddar on 2 Akmak Crackers
S: SugarFree Pudding with ff whipped cream
S2: 1/2 cup raspberry protein ice cream
D: Hawaiian pizza-- 1/2 flatout wheat wrap toasted with low cal BBQ sauce, sliced ham loaf, onions and pineapple
S: Raspberry protein ice cream with 1/4 oz chocolate covered sunflower seeds
(26%- 31%-43%<--- much better!)
