Calorie Countdown - Wednesday, what are you eating?

I have an interesting morning. I set my alarm for 6 - got up, showered, did my hair, and started getting dressed. I walked into the living room and it was only 4:30. On every clock. Oops. So I am up 2 hours early but I didn't want to go back to sleep. Smooth move eh?
Add on to that the fact that I didn't fall asleep until 1am DESPITE a sleeping pill, and I'm going to be no fun at all today. I have to teach, then a student meeting to determine whether we are making a formal complaint to the dean about some changes in the program that we deem unfair, then a mandatory lunch (where we will be served luscious Taco Cabana
) and meeting for the program. Then 2 classes. I'm yawning just thinking about it.
Question - when you are overly tired does it make you cold? My timbers definitely shiver, and my joints ache. I always thought that was weird.

B - protein shake (banana dessert protein, mootopia)
L - some chicken with queso on it probably, maybe some tortilla chips.
S - protein shake (click mocha espresso, mootopia)
D - chicken salad and ritz and tomato slices (salad includes apples, grapes, celery, green onion, dill, parsley, mayo, and plain yogurt )

The cold thing has gotten better over time with me. Now it mainly happens on the one week per month where I am really losing - but holy geez it was bad last winter and will probably be this winter also.
I'm still forever cold, It hasn't gotten any better over time for me. I'll be so glad when it's time to wear sweaters normally! Then maybe I won't get such strange looks and comments from people. I stopped in at work and then I'm off to the hospital in a bit for Mom's procedures, have no idea what the day has planned.

I wondered what you were doing up so early! I know there's a time zone diff, but golly, that was Jan-at-the-gym early!
I also get colder than usual when I'm tired. I see it as my body's signal to me that it wanted to shut down and rest. When I'm feeling that way, I'm especially vulnerable to carb cravings, as the carbs warm me up.
Reminds me of HALT - the memonic for danger times for eating or smoking:
