WOOOOHOOO and TGIF, Everyone get up and it's FRIDAY!  

I'm up and at 'em and going strong as usual this morning and even though the voices in my head tried to talk me out of working out, I managed 15 mins on the elliptical and 30 mins on the weight machines..... so I'm DONE for the day, now if my boss would just buy into that! LOL

So, come on in and tell us what did you do to Move to Lose today?

40 minutes upper body workout.  I found out the difference between the natilus machines and free weights when it came to preacher bench this morning.  I'm much stronger on the natilus machine by 15 pounds.  what a difference.

I'm vacationing today for a 4 day weekend, but I know I'll pay for it next week with backed up work.

This weekend is my Quit Date for smoking. I slept late this morning and have not yet had a cig. I was targeting tomorrow as the big day, but I think I'll see how far I get today.

So my plan is to fill the weekend with exercise , play and some chores. Keep busy and not think about how lovely my Cloves taste, but how nice it is to breathe and how great to get rid of the gunk I'll cough up in the first few days of quitting. (sorry - TMI)

Today is warm and sunny - I may spend part of the afternoon at the pool.

Plan:

Lap swimming - 40 lengths in 45 minutes (36 is 1/2 mile)

Water Aerobics - 30 minutes in the outdoor pool
