Biggest Wow to date !!!!!!!!!

well I have had a lot of little Wow moments as of late. I am sitting in chairs with arms a lot easier. I am able to cross my legs again . seat belts and I are becoming friends. but the biggest one to date is that My BMI is finally not in the Super morbidly Obese area any more. My BMI is 49.9 I am now just Morbidly Obese hahahah I now it is still not a healthy BMI but I am kinda siked.

I think that is one of the coolest things ever!  I am more focusedn getting the bmi down to a normal range (ha!) than what weight I end up reaching.  I think that we are so focused on what the scale says.  And ... the BMI is just a  number too but I don't like those labels!

Way to go!  I'm so excited for you!
