Wednesday is officially the night we do not cook at home. Its my longest day and Ryan stays at the lab all day working online. Wednesdays are just going to be bad. Bad Bad Bad.

Bad.
I know I'm negative lately, sorry. I'll snap out of it. Or not. Probably not until I graduate actually.
So just ignore the bad mood and post your food

I've found it very educational and its given me some food ideas. I hope it does the same for others, take care! Have a good wiggly Wednesday.
As for my food here goes:
Coffee on my way to work!
B - Fage yogurt w/Kashi
L - grilled chicken , grilled veggies & cottage cheese
S - cheese stick
D - steak and salad (going out to eat!)
S - sugar free fudge or popsicle.....
Water - 6 16.9oz bottles (as of right now I have had 5) so thats 101.4 plus the coffee and maybe some hot tea!
Can I ask does anyone ever eat the Atkins Advantage Bars - the ones that are 240 calories and 18 grams of protein? I did buy them and thought they were pretty good and have had then for breakfast a couple of days. How about the South Beach Diet bars that are 140 calories and I think 10 grams of protein? Anyone use them?
Have a great rest of the day!

I don't think I've tried the South Beach ones, but I do usually keep an Atkins or a Myoplex bar (which are also good but farty) on me at all times just in case I have a blood sugar crash, like I did today, except today I didn't have any food on me because I left my bag in my office. Smart. I was weaving around like I was drunk, but without the fun part... being drunk.
Maybe you can also find something that would fit in a pocket. Are there protein versions of the diabetic emergency candy? Or even a piece of jerkey?
I've had that feeling myself if I get too busy at work and haven't eaten, but not been caught too far away from my desk so I can remedy the situation by eating a bar or having a drink. I don't stray too far from my desk due to fatigue issues, but I can see that as I get more active and don't scurry back to rest so often, I could get "caught."
And bars are a great emergency food idea. I'm going to stick some in my desk and some in my bag.
I do however eat the South Beach Diet High Protein Cereal Bars. They have 10g protein and for 10G, they are portable, pretty affordable, and they also have fiber in them and low sugars. That's my choice for breakfast every morning and I don't get sick of them. I leave a box of them in my car and eat one every day on the way to the gym. If I get stuck and can't eat lunch, I've got that covered too.

Got that rump roast cooked. Had Karl put it on before coming to church @ 300 degrees and it was so good. All the pieces that were cut right. Somehow Karl got the roast turned and cut with the grain on a few pieces. Doh!
