ONE SOURCE "active kids complete" from WAL MART taste way better.  Someone on the MB reccomended them and I switched.  Cheaper too.  I alternate them with Centrum chewable orange.

Start: 487 lbs (8/07) Lost 81 lbs pre op on South Beach. 406 lbs at surgery (6/08). 179 post op, by 2011. I  lost 308 lbs. Gained 98 while pregnant (2012-13) lost all but 25. My goal is to be 179 again!

I take Bariatric Advantage, but I do think some of the gummies taste good. Just make sure your doc approves them as having enough of what you need!

Why are you taking a children's vitamin?

Your an adult take an adult vitamin.  Do you really want to have issues with Malnutrition in a year or two?

For information about what you SHOULD be taking. Check out Andrea U's profile.

Your surgeon is a surgeon not a nutritional expert save yourself lots of headache and illness, and start taking adult multi's, calcium, vitamin D and some B12.

You cared enough about your health to have major surgery to lose weight, Why don't you care enough about your health to make sure you get the proper nutritional support?
