Sorry this is late - I went to the ER this morning in regards to my wrist. It isn't broken, they weren't helpful, no surprise. I have a huge unweildy splint now. They did drug me up pretty well though and I just woke up.

B - tea with 1T honey

Ummm... that's it so far. I'm going to eat something now though, probably leftover beans/rice/chicken/veggies.

I'll try to post later but typing is painful.

Edit -

L - a few crackers and about an oz of cheddar

S - a truly yummy pear

D - a little bit (3 or 4 small bites) of honey almond crusted salmon (seemed bland) and a lot of broccoli, 1/2c grapes

S - probably a glass of mootopia to get the protein up a bit more

Bad day, no vitamins in yet either

I hope you feel better!  I tore the ligaments in my thumb once and had to wear one of those splints and they really suck!

For many people yes. I take 4 colace stool softeners per day as a preventative and it still gets me sometimes. I think its all the vitamins.

Sorry to hear about your wrist.  Sometimes it's just easier if the darn thing breaks, sprains are almost more hassle than they are worth.

I feel so fat and bloated lately.  It didn't help that we ate Mexican food yesterday, yum.

B: 1 Atkins protein bar
S: 1 tub o' decaf coffee w/60 calories worth of Coffeemate
L: 1 scopp rotisserie chicken salad, plus 1.5 oz leftover steak that I meant to eat at breakfast.
D: nothing, too full from lunch

Once I get back to intense gym activity, I think my body will feel better.
