It sounds like the whole group is struggling lately with various life issues.  I wish we could all live in a safe, happy valley where problems just bounced off the sidewalks.

I'm taking PJ's advice by planning to use physical activity to get through my rough patch.  It's either that, or go to prison for stabbing my sister repeatedly with a rusty BBQ fork.  She's not really part of my problems other than she's cross, too, and she yells (which I don't).  I'm sick of being yelled at for no good reason.

What did you do to move your body today?

this morning's frustrations were caused by the DH last night, so I took them all out on the elliptical and a few sets on the weight machines!

I am all packed and ready to hit the track after work for more walking.  I walked a mile last night without taking a break and in less than 30 minutes.  The weather is almost cold here at night and it felt so good to walk and not feel like I was melting.  In fact I didn't even sweat because it was soooo cool out.  I hope tonight is the same.

I am stopping at the gym on the way home if it kills me (and it might, I am so physically and emotionally burnt out). I really need to energize with some regular exercise and also I need to take out some frustration on the treadmill. Actually I thought I'd try the treadclimber tonight and see if I am still too heavy for it.

Well, it's been a double whammy - the shorter days & colder weather, plus yesterday was a new moon - often a time of low energy for me.

I get to swim today! Teleworking and getting my azz to the pool for the first time in about 2 weeks. I need to work off stress too.

Good luck hon - maybe you should take up a kick boxing class? That would get all your frustrations out of your system pretty quick!

I had a duel workout day - had my spinning class in the morning (with Mr. cute butt) then I had a yoga class that night. I didn't think I was too sore until I went to run this morning and I was dragging. I think this will be a good edition, although I got to admit I looked like an idiot half the time. Some of those moves are just a little crazy.

Now, get out there and get a good workout in!!!
