MONDAY WEIGH IN (11/3)

Good vibes and prayers coming your way, Kix. I've been battling the chocolate monster for a couple weeks now -- Halloween candy and decadent goodies from The Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory -- and also really need to get a handle on things. Perhaps we can offer each other some support and encouragement to get ourselves back on track.
Also, I'm still retaining fluids from plastic surgery, so my weight is fluctuating a lot (5-7 pounds within a matter of a couple days). From what I understand, that will go on for a while, but I'm just trying to be patient and not panic when my weight pops up.
Anyway, here's my numbers for the week:
Beginning weight: 396
Surgery weight: 386
Last Monday: 185.7
Today: 182.1

I did do really well this week weight wise - it's funny, I did the 5 day pouch test and lost only 1 pound but I get back to my healthy eating and I lose 6 pounds. I don't think my body does very well with extreme stuff, although it did help curb those sugar cravings. Other than that I won't be doing that again.

Only 20 more to go - it feels like it will take forever. But at least my clothes should begin to fit better soon.

Im really trying to get back on track. im stumbling here and there but the point is im doing it and staying accountable. i am really determined to get to my goal. im far from there but i know its a slow and stedy battle.
i am happy to report that ive lost 4lbs in a week since ive been taking my vitamines consistently paying attention to my water, paying attention to my protein and making sure i dont go nuts on carbs. im really glad.
my problem is staying with it, but like a friend has told me...do one moment at a time and at this moment i remain commited.
This is gonna be a hectic week. i procrastinated on some school work and man is it gonna bite me in the ass...so i just pray i make it though alright. my goal is to continue monitoring my food intake, sleep at least 8hrs each night and not work in a crisis mode
