Well, at least I lost something!  Not a great week but I've been bouncing around with the same 2 - 5 pounds for three weeks so I'll take anything I can get!

Last time: 272 (I think, though I did see 270 at one point)
Today: 268.5
-3.5
Total lost from surgery: 171.5

Trudge, trudge, trudge...

Afternoon Everyone!!!

I have lost 50lbs as of this morning (33 preop)!!!!  I was happy dancing.

Hi all!  Had a good week - down 3 lbs.  At this stage I would fall over if I lost more than that in a week.    Beginning to nibble here and there.  Need to get this under control ASAP.  For me it comes down to eating quality protein and I've been in a "I don't want to cook" mode...not a good attitude for eating healthy.  Need a big kick in my butt.  Anyway, here are the numbers...

BMI = 39.5!!!!  I'm obese!!!!

What about making things like chili or soups so that you can eat some and freeze a batch.  I love to cook this time of year and Sunday we had lamb stew.  It was a recipe from October's southern living magazine.  It was so good!

Hey there Kix,

Sorry I missed the monday weight in .. I was in LA for the OH conference, and had the red-eye home.  I weighted in tuesday morning at home though!!

Hang in there... you started a new job, and probably under a lot of stress.  Get back to basics, pack healthy snacks & lunches for work!!  YOU CAN DO IT
