On my way out the door for Day 2 of this dull conference.  No gym again for me, and no place to do any walking at the conference center, boo.

I spent 30 mins on the recumbent bike reading my latest book.... I was so into the book, the only way I really know I was putting some effort into the bike part was how tired my thighs were afterwards.... LOL

I'm suppose to run tonight, then go to Yoga class. But I'm super grumpy, my period is about to start and I've been eating crap all day, so not too sure if I will even force myself to go. I know I would feel better but all the sugar I ate today is making me feel very bloated and I think that trying to actually run may be somewhat difficult.

Honestly, when do I get menopause???

I went to the park and walked 3 miles. It was such a pretty afternoon and I had a lot of energy. I wanted to try to jog some of it but there were a few too many people in the park and I was embarrassed by the jiggles. Plus hubby WILL NOT jog with me.
