MY SURGIVERSARY!

As I sit here with tears running down my face it reminds me that it was exactly 1 year ago today that I had logged onto OH for the very first time and while cruising thourgh the surgery dates  saw that you were having your surgery that very day with Dr. Clarke... It was at that time I sent you the instant message wishing you luck and an instant friendshp was born.. And now today... Look how far you've come... I love you so very much, cherish our friendship like no other and more than anything am so very very proud of all of your sucesses... Thank you for being your wonderful self. So full of life. You commitment and love of your family and friends is a true testiment of who you are..

Congratulations Sweetie.. You have worked so hard and deserve feeling like you're walking on air forever !!

   It is extremely motivating and inspirational to read your post.  I am only 5 weeks out and have moments of thinking that this might not work like other attempts but reading stories like yours help keep me on track and learning to work my tool.  Thank you for sharing.

Melissa, I am so happy that you were inspired by my post.  Its natural to get discouraged from time to time in this journey. Lord knows I had a few stalls that drove me crazy. Keep coming back to this forum.  These people are all very motivating and one can learn so much, especialy the newbies. The support is unbelievable!  I'm not such a newbie anymore, so I can only hope that I will indeed "pay it forward" and be motivating to others.
