MONDAY WEIGH IN (November 17, 2008)

Happy Monday.  Kinda surprised I lost 4 lbs this week.  Haven't done that in forever, plus I was completely immobile yesterday.  I must have pinched a nerve Saturday night, cuz I had extreme pain (8 out of 10) when trying to move my left arm/shoulder.  Ouch!  What I wouldn't give for ibuprofen 800mg t.i.d.  Tylenol really does suck.  A bit better today.  Hoping for even better tomorrow. 

Have my 9 month check up on Wednesday.

Hi All!

I had a very boring weekend, no money, no fun.  that's just the way it works.  Did weekly chores and went to church.

I had a three pound loss.
