It's not quite as cold here this morning...43 is much better than 37.  I've got my 1 year follow up this afternoon.  I'm curious to see how my labs look!

Tonight I'm going to attempt cardio yoga again tonight.  The instructor didn't show up for class last week.  My friend had invited 3 people and she was so embarrased.  We'll see what happens tonight.  I need to get more limber for sure.

So, what will you do to move to lose today?  Come on, tell us all about it!

I managed a full hour on the recumbent bike this morning.... I must have been really engrossed in the book I was reading.... LOL

Hmmm I still haven't gotten my one year blood draw, and I'm what 4 months late. Oops. I keep saying I'll do it tomorrow and then something comes up. I need to do that! Today probably eh? I also never made the appt for a 2 month follow-up after my 1 year appt. Ooops. I did that on purpose actually. I think I'm one of few people here who can't stand my surgeon, but alas, I should go. Sadly I've only lost I think 10-15lbs since I saw him 4 months ago. Crap.

Exercise. Maybe. I don't feel like it but I should. I think I'm depressed.

Stop beating yourself up.  Life gets in the way.  Your labs are important though.  Like I found out today that my iron is really low.

I don't particularly care for my surgeon either.  He's pretty ****y and he's not even good looking!

You'll get things straightened out an then work everything in.  I know things have been  yucky for you lately, just hang in there.

Running day today and I felt it, big time. I ran/walked for about 30 minutes. My asthma was causing me fits so my breathing was pretty laboured. And I think I am still sore from my accident this weekend, my legs felt like lead.

Have fun at yoga - I've got Pilates tonight. They just added this class and I am so excited to start back again!

Ah, confession time.  today is going to be one of those days where I just don't make it to the gym.  Missing lunch and not eating until 3:30 is not a good thing to do at all.  I feel utterly exhausted right now and it may be psychosomatic because of the news about my low iron levels.

I will be at the gym tomorrow to do my rowing machine and upper body weight training for sure!

Looks like a definite saturday morning water aerobics class for sure for me this week.

 Hi Kathy,
Thanks for opening the gym.  John and I went to a 45 minute walking "group" at the YMCA and walked about 2.5 miles in 40 minutes.  I couldn't keep up with the 3 leaders because my scar gets so tight around my hips that I feel like I'm walking with a tight rubber band around my hips!  I guess I need more scar massage.

Following the walk, I swam about 20 lengths of the pool, then taught a 1 hour high cardio water aerobics class.  I'm tired this afternoon!

Last night, my water aerobics class was cancelled due to the bad air quality with the fires.  I did 45 minutes on the wii fit.

I took a late lunch to swim and almost ended up napping instead, but did get my butt to the pool. I had been doing 50 lengths (1250 m) and decided to up it to 54, which I think is .75 mile!

36=1/2 mile, so 36 + 18 = 54

I'll do that for a while and then try a mile.
