Gym is Open Frigid Friday

It's 38 degrees and dropping here!  Who would have thought?!  When I got up at 5:30 it was 42 degrees. 

We have a downtown event tonight called Gallery Night and I'll be outside shivering until 9PM!  Needless to say it's going to be a long day today. I'm not going to make it to the gym because I need to go and pick up flowers for the table this morning and there's just so much to do.

But, the gym is still open.  Will you move to lose today?  Come back and tell us about it.

I do plan on doing water aerobics tomorrow at 8:15!  Me thinks it's going to be cold...brrr

I managed 30 mins on the recumbent bike before I threw in the towel this morning, LOL

It's cold here today too, 31 as of right now.... I'm really glad I decided to do layers today.... the thermal shirt I've got on under my T sure does feel good! LOL
