HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

I am so thankful for having "met" all of you.  I have never felt so open and supported about those things that were formerly embarassing to discuss.  I used to think that I was alone and talking to you guys made me realize that I am NOT.  Thank you my wonderful OH over 50 BMI family.  Have a wonderful, safe, healthy, portion controlled holiday.

A few days late, but Happy Turkey day to ALL!!!

I love everyone here as well.  I feel like I can really ask anything here, and not be criticized for it!  Everyone is so nice and supportive, I feel like some are really family!!!  I am so glad I found this forum!!
