Everyone did so well! Congrats! I did not, but I had let myself have a little freedom for the weekend. Ok, a lot :-) But I figure that's ok now and then, and this was one of those times. Actually, I ate pretty well, very healthy. But I grazed a lot... yogurt pretzels, brownies, snack mix, etc. It adds up!

What that means is I gained, so now it's back to watching it more carefully.

surgery weight: 371
last week's weight: 192
this week's weight: 197
goal: 170

5 pounds that I need to lose, on top of the 22 I want to lose by January. Hmmm, this could be a challenge.

My turkey day was great.  Went to my sisters house for dinner, tried a little of everything, but didn't over do it.  Went shopping with mom & sis on black friday and had a blast!!!! 

Not sure how this happened, but lost this week!!!  I only made it to the gym twice too!!

this week:    218.8#

loss this week:  6#
total loss:  125.2# 

Still hoping to make it to 199 by jan 1, not sure I will make it...  hubby says to shoot for it by jan 16 instead... that will be 9 months out for me.

Not sure how I managed it, but I lost 4 lbs this week.  I didn't deprive myself anything on Thanksgiving - including the Apple crisp (didn't dump - damnit).  The only thing I can think is that I was on the go the whole weekend.  Shopping, unloading food at the food pantry, shopping.
