Calorie Countdown AND Gym, open for business (Mon Dec 1)

Morning.
I went to the gym today and was locked out. It turned out we haven't paid our bill (it was auto-withdrawn and Ryan changed credit card numbers because he lost his card) - it hasn't been paid in 2 months. Oops. Yet another thing I can't afford.
I will hopefully get it paid soon so I can return to the gym.
What are you eating and how are you burning your calories?
Today is cheese day for me apparently. This happens after I visit my mom, who, like the moon, is probably made of cheese.
B - Amy's cheese lasagna
S - cup of tea with 1tsp honey
L - honey lavendar plum yogurt, 2 slices provolone
D - 1c shredded mexican cheese blend, 1/2c roasted green chile, baked and blotted of excess oil
As far as exercise I don't know. I'll try!

Snack - Coffee with RTD protein - 17 gms protein
Lunch - Roast Beef and Cheese rollups - 14 gms protein
Snack - RTD protein - 17 gms protein
Dinner - Chili (hmmm not sure of the protein content)
and 75 ozs of water so far today!

I had that happen to me too, Jenn. I lost my credit card and got a new number and forgot my gym came out of that account. I hate having auto-withdrawls because stuff like that happens all the time.
Food Plan:
B - 16oz Mootopia, splash of coffee, sugar-free cream, splenda
L - 1 Light Garlic & Herb Laughing Cow Cheese, 4 crackers
S - 16oz Mootopia
D - Probably Turkey Chili - my staple dinner meal - with some cheese sprinkled over it and low-fat sour cream
Gym Plan:
Not sure if I'm going tonight. I probably will but I'm having burn-out issues with the gym. Not bad, but when I go I tend to over do it.....I feel like if I'm there I should be doing the treadmill, bike, elliptical and all the machines (working my whole body). I know I should give it a rest but I like the way my body is shaping up, so I guess I better push myself to keep going.
