80 lbs gone!!!

As of this morning I have lost 80 pounds!!!! I was so shocked when I stood on the scale and saw my weight. I am amazed! Tomorrow will be 12 weeks since my surgery. It has made such a huge difference in my life already and I cannot wait to see where I stand at 6 months out or 1 year out!

Now if I could just rid of the flabby arms!!! UGH!!!

That is such a great acomplishment.  I am 4 weeks tomorrow and am in a stall already for 10 days... yechhh! 

Flabby arms would be so worth that kind of loss.
