walk away the pounds monday

morning walkers. i did better this morning.  i got up to where they started to use the weighted balls . if i had got through that part i would have reached the 1/2 mile mark.  that's my goal for tomorrow.

good luck everybody.  we can do this.

I didn't do the video today, instead I went to the mall and walked with my daughter. No money for shopping, so I think that counts. Tomorrow will be the video again, probably not till the evening though.
