walk away the pounds monday
morning walkers. i did better this morning. i got up to where they started to use the weighted balls . if i had got through that part i would have reached the 1/2 mile mark. that's my goal for tomorrow.

Got home late from work and Xmas shopping, but did a lot of walking....so I will take that as a positive, I keep moving, so I think that's a good thing!...Well done "Step Sisters"...lol....
