Happy Monday. I forgot to open this thread over the weekend, oops. And I slept in today.
I had a lazy weekend, a lot of reading and sleeping. I also had too much wine Sat night, and a broccoli incident Sun. I hadn't thrown up in a while...
Here is today's plan:
B - 16oz mootopia
L - baked bbq chicken leg with baked beans
D - leftover enchiladas
S - clementine

Here's my plan -
Breakfast: 1 cup 1% milk in my coffee, 1 packet Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal
Snack: 1 cup lowfat cottage cheese, 4 tbsp. SF preserves, 2 oz. strawberries
Snack: small banana
Lunch: WW Smartones rigatoni w/ chicken and broccoli
Snack: 6 oz. light yogurt w/ 1/4 c. Kashi granola
Snack: navel orange
Dinner: maybe seafood risotto - supposed to meet friends for dinner at Carraba's, but they might not be able to make it. if not, i may have some leftover chili
Snack: apple or a couple sugar-free popsicles

B - 1/2 homemade turkey sausage Janmuffin - didn't care for it so the dogs finished it.
S - Trader Joe's cranberry oatmeal cookie
L - cheese, turkey stick and shrimp wonton soup
S - cottage cheese & Splenda peaches
D - if anything soup - have a dentist appointment at 4, so I'll be numb the rest of the night
S - Homemade eggnog - NF milk with SF Eggnog syrup and 1 teaspoon of SF vanilla pudding

Stupid me slipped this weekend i was so hungry and the only thing around was a white castles.
So i had a pulled pork bbq sandwich (okay rthey arent very big)and it was good but it was to much for me...ugh never again

dinner im making the guys homemade lasanga, salad and garlic sticks,now im having salad and beef with pasta sauce and cheese

S: Cup of Only 8 Frozen Yogurt
A couple sf hard candies
L: Bourbon chicken and craisin salad on lettuce with romano cheese and almonds
