At a stall, plateau or whatever for 2 months. How can I break this vicious cycle?

I HAVE EGGS FOR BREAKFAST W/ TURKEY BACON
SNACK   PROTEIN SHAKE
LUNCH    SALAD  W  GRILLED CHICKEN
WATER INTAKE ABOUT 48 OZ A DAY
DINNER MEAT N VEGGIES
SNACK -APPLE SAUCE OR PEANUTS, PISTACHIOS


WORKOUT 3 X'S A WEEK WATER AEROBICS AND TREADMILL 2 HOURS TOTAL

You can up your water to at least 64oz and your exercise if you can. You may want to increase the intensity of your workout instead of increasing the amount of time.

Even if you don't change anything, you will most likely start losing again soon. People will advise you to stay away from the scale - that is smart, and very difficult, to do, but if you can I'd recommend it. I've been stalled for almost 2 months now as well, but I'm trying not to freak too much. I am farther out though, so I am worried that the weight loss is just over now.

Finally, you may want to track your calories in for a few days and make sure you aren't eating more than you think. Also, if your clothes are getting looser its not a plateau, its just a stall.
