I'm going to eat better than yesterday. I had a complete food breakdown last night and had a second dinner. Thank goodness its still relatively impossible to over-eat!
I also lost 2 lbs during the night, back to 253 this morning finally.
B - 16oz mootopia, 1 scoop Click protein powder
L - 1c lavendar plum honey yogurt
S - edamame with salt
D - not sure yet, will post later Edit - dinner was a banana, some cheese and whole grain crackers and then a glass of mootopia about 45 min later

Yesterday was very stressful, it makes me wonder how much more I can handle. I know never ask that cause you'll be given more!
It was all family stress too. Both Brother in law (hubbies brother) and sister in law (my brother's wife) had major panic attacks, luckily SIL has been dealing with them awhile so she calmed down and took on BIL as her project to help. I got him to the DR for meds, and then he hung out with me last night while hubby worked late. All this while getting worried calls about her son from my Mother-in-law, who's on vacation in Holland!
Forgot to mention this was all going on while I was meeting with the Hospice social worker at my Mom's house. When it rains it pours!
I finally finished my dentist vists for this year!!!!!
Pre B - SF NF BSC Latte
B - protein oatmeal with dried blueberries thrown in
S - cottage cheese w/Splenda peaches
L - either shrimp wonton soup or Greek yogurt or cheese and turkey stick - update - picked the cheese and turkey sticks and added 8 red grapes
S - ?
D - going out for my brother's birthday so guessing here - salad and steak, few bites of a baked potato, veggies of some sort

Wow Jan! At least the dental work is over. I am still avoiding mine, until we have some steady income again (January please please please January).
You weren't anywhere near where the plane crashed into people's houses though right?

That's awesome - I tend to get in food ruts but they usually don't last more than a month or two, and then one day I look at the food and think there is NO WAY I will ever eat it again. Cottage cheese and eggs were my most recent ruts.
I've had cottage cheese ever since I could eat soft food. I guess I eat it because it's a quick meal packed with protein. I just add bacon bits for more flavor and texture (although there's a gram or two of protein in the bacon bits too!). Even before surgery I don't think i was that advantageous with food. I ate the same thing over and over again. pizza this and pizza that LOL
