3 weeks stall over
This morning I got up and headed to the scale and finally after over 3 weeks of stalling I dropped 1.2lbs. I cannot tell you how happy I am about it. Some people might not call it a broken stall, but I am! So down 90lbs now.
The other thing I have noticed is changes in my body shape....yes the weight has relocated in the last few days. Standard stall stuff really. But I gotta tell you stalls are never easy, even when you know you will eventually go down.
Newbies, take note - stalls are just part of the process, we all hate them, we all think we will be the only one that this surgery doesn't work for, we all panic about the 6th month honeymoon period, but I have decided it is 6-18mths, cause as you get thinner, the weight you lose has more effect, ie you can see it more, we all can get a little down about it, if we are not careful we take solace in food, but not me, I tracked everything during my stall so I knew one day it would go down. Oh I can'**** to hit the century club, but more importantly I can'**** to lose my next 7lbs so I can use my WiFit.
Thankyou to everyone who supported me through this stall and the last stall, and the one before that.......yes I am the official stall queen!!!! And, happy to give the crown away if someone else wants it.
Hugs,
Anne
