Clinell, I think you are getting snow!  Being a southerner I know that when it snows, everything shuts down because we don't know how to drive in it.  It's like a national holiday!  It's not going to to do it here, but the temp is 50 and supposed to drop to upper 30's by the end of the day.  Brrr

The gym is open and I'm glad to be back at it.  My energy level was awesome yesterday.  Tell us about your workout.

I am SORE. My hips are sore, and the cold air isn't helping. I'll probably go easy on them today - recumbent bike for as long as my tailbone can take it (probably about 20min) and then 20-30min on the treadmill. No treadclimbing.

I'll also do weight machines for my arms.

We are having a good old fashion ice storm today - woo hoo!!!  I am so freakin cold - I am so use to not wearing a jacket and constantly being hot.

I worked out for 30 minutes with the trainer.

Keep warm everyone!!

I'm sorry to report that's it's supposed to be in the 80's here today!  Now don't be too mad, we're dropping into the 50's in the next few days.

I walked a mile this morning while pushing Mom in her wheelchair at the hospital, no parking anywhere to be found. Guess that will count as my major exercise for the day.

It did snow!!!  However, I was stuck in my office when it happened and it did not stick.  The good part is that you are right - they closed our office and sent us home since no one really knows how to drive on icy roads in South Louisiana!

I refuse to try to walk our trac****il the temperature gets to at least fifty degrees.  Otherwise, I would freeze solid out there.  The wind just cuts right through you right now.
