You need some kind of webpage software to do it.  There's someone on the main board than can do it for you.

What do you mean main board, I would like to know also. Where do I find the main board.

If you hover your cursor over the forums words in the teal banner at the top of the page, a menu should drop down. The 1st choice is Main Board. It is a very active place - lots going on. Go there and search for "before and after" or something similar.

Back in the old days they were done as animated GIFs. I have not tried to do one of those for years, but PaintShopPro used to have a wizard to creating them.

If you don't have an image editing program like PSP that can do this, go to download.com and see what is available as free-ware or share-ware. That site is associated with a reputable PC news site, cnet.com, so it's pretty good stuff.

These days you could probably do something cool in Flash, the that would not work for a profile pic.
