Calorie Countdown - Willfull Wednesday, what are you eating?

OMG I am so mental. I had multiple food issues yesterday. I felt ravenous but every time I tried to eat only got a few bites into it and then it grossed me out. I don't think I got in more than maybe 800 calories, and then I had a low blood sugar event last night. I had some milk and went to bed. I woke up in a sweat numerous times and am completely nauseas this morning. Oddly though I totally want V-8. I am drinking some now and it smells horrendous but tastes sooo good. Once again, I swear I'm not a hypochondriac. I just play one on the internet.

Pre-B small can v-8

B - I am trying some weight control oatmeal with condensed milk and walnuts (condensed milk is easier to bring to work)

L - whole grain tortilla with cream cheese, hot red pepper hummus, greens, cucumber, tomato, alfalfa sprouts and onion

S - ?

D - ?

Fruit and vegetables are pretty much the extent of what I want at the moment.

We totally changed our minds about Japanese food and went for Italian. Now I don't eat pasta often or I go into a carb coma, and it's a trigger food, something I can't stop eating until I get really sick. That being said I had a ravioli sampler with meat sauce. My goodness was it good and I ate 4 different types ravioli. Then we walked to the frozen yogurt shop and took home a sugar free peach child size (50 calories) to share later.

Low blood sugars are something I deal with all the time. Lowest has been 38 and I couldn't function. Thank God hubby was with me and forced me to eat. Milk is the best thing you ca n have to bring it up.
 
Pre B - SF NF Eggnog Latte

B - Eggface bites

S - Greek yogurt

L - Southwest chicken salad, minus chips, banana

S -  turkey jerky, 1 SF chocolate orange cream candy

D - steak, grilled veggies, maybe a couple bites of hubbies potato

Break-fast-a-ma-lunch ~ 
!/3 of a can of refried beans with green chilies, a slice of fat free Am cheese, a blob of low fat sour cream and a taco bell FIRE sauce packet.

S1~ Protein (I think anyway)

D~ Chinese, hunan bean curd with broccoli, carrots, pak choi and snow peas (we're going out)

S2~  ?


Start: 487 lbs (8/07) Lost 81 lbs pre op on South Beach. 406 lbs at surgery (6/08). 179 post op, by 2011. I  lost 308 lbs. Gained 98 while pregnant (2012-13) lost all but 25. My goal is to be 179 again!

Had my preop appts this morning so nothing to eat til  11:00
so
half of a protein bar
late lunch   we went to smokey bones and i got a pulled pork sandwich
i knew to move the bun  still i could only eat about 3 bites of the meat(brought it home to my son)
dinner turkey and  grilled vegtables
snack  a carb master yogurt.

Jen i feel ya 
i am so hungry and then i start to eat and i cant  i was told im not eating enough calories.

I am having a snacky day today.

PreB - decaf coffee
B - banana
S - 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
L - turkey chili/cheese/greek yogurt with crackers
S - edemame
S - South Beach Diet choc. covered soynuts
S - Jason's Deli Organic cracker

It is time for the work day to end so I can quit this snacking!!!!
