Calorie Countdown - Willfull Wednesday, what are you eating?

Pre-B small can v-8
B - I am trying some weight control oatmeal with condensed milk and walnuts (condensed milk is easier to bring to work)
L - whole grain tortilla with cream cheese, hot red pepper hummus, greens, cucumber, tomato, alfalfa sprouts and onion
S - ?
D - ?
Fruit and vegetables are pretty much the extent of what I want at the moment.
What are you eating?
We totally changed our minds about Japanese food and went for Italian. Now I don't eat pasta often or I go into a carb coma, and it's a trigger food, something I can't stop eating until I get really sick. That being said I had a ravioli sampler with meat sauce. My goodness was it good and I ate 4 different types ravioli. Then we walked to the frozen yogurt shop and took home a sugar free peach child size (50 calories) to share later.
Low blood sugars are something I deal with all the time. Lowest has been 38 and I couldn't function. Thank God hubby was with me and forced me to eat. Milk is the best thing you ca n have to bring it up.
Pre B - SF NF Eggnog Latte
B - Eggface bites
S - Greek yogurt
L - Southwest chicken salad, minus chips, banana
S - turkey jerky, 1 SF chocolate orange cream candy
D - steak, grilled veggies, maybe a couple bites of hubbies potato
so
half of a protein bar
late lunch we went to smokey bones and i got a pulled pork sandwich
i knew to move the bun still i could only eat about 3 bites of the meat(brought it home to my son)
dinner turkey and grilled vegtables
snack a carb master yogurt.

i am so hungry and then i start to eat and i cant i was told im not eating enough calories.
