200 lbs in 1 year
Alright I know this the above numbers seem like alot but I am pretty determined to make the above number happen. Anyone ever done this? I know I am not going to become an exercise
fanatic (I wish) but I do try to get up and move everyday. This board if anything has shown me if I am not moving I am not loosing. To make my above goal I need to loose about 65lbs in the next 4 months. I have been journaling and really trying to push though my stalls becuase I am a woman on a mission..lol I think I just am more so looking for people that have done this and how did you make it happen as your body starts to slow down loosing?
Thanks!

i think you can do it! i didn't keep track of how much i lost at what points along the way, but i do have a "onederland" photo at approximately 18 months out - i was at 197 in that photo, and started at 463, so that would be a loss of 266 in a year and a half.
congratulations on your success so far!

I started at 396; lost 150 pounds in year 1, 30 pounds in year 2, and 30 pounds in year 3. I probably could have lost faster, but I hit a point where I really had to change this up to get my body to continue to lose. But if you're journaling and changing things up regularly to keep your body "guessing" about what's coming next, you should keep right on losing! 200 pounds is a lot in one year, but as you say you are a woman on a mission; I wish you luck in accomplishing your goal!
