Calorie Countdown, its Thursday, what are you eating?

I hate hormones. How am I UP SIX POUNDS today? Grrr. I don't even feel swollen, except for the boobs. Sometimes I miss the diuretic I was on for blood pressure. At least I didn't have the crazy weight fluctuations. When I first started it though I lost almost 30lbs of water over 2 weeks. Can you imagine? I couldn't comprehend that I'd held that much excess fluid.
B - 2 cheese sticks and half an apple
S - V-8
L - leftover steak sauteed with onions and mushrooms (I was going to make an omelet but I think there is too much food already without adding eggs and cheese)
D - Not sure, but I think I might push for souper salad and then the grocery store. I let him pick last night and we went to a very cheap and very terrible Chinese place around the corner we'd always wanted to try. He liked it, I hated it. Maybe that's why I am swollen, what little I ate was very salty.
I need to grocery shop. We've eaten dinner out for much of the week. Its nice for next day lunch leftovers but its just too pricy and you don't know how much salt and fat you are getting sometimes.

Hormones suck.... In so many ways - fluid retention, crankiness, depression. Would kick them to the curb if I could... Here's what on my plate today -
Feeding #1 - 1 c. 1% milk in my coffee
Feeding #2 - venti non-fat latte
Feeding #3 - 1 packet Quaker Weight control oatmeal
Feeding #4 - Chunky beef vegetable soup, slice of fresh pineapple
Feeding #5 - Banana, maybe w/ some peanut butter
Feeding #6 - 6 oz. light yogurt, ~1/4 c. Kashi granola
Feeding #7 - unknown - may go out to dinner, may go the gym and eat leftover pot roast and veggies when I get home

S - Warm fresh soy milk
L - Vietnamese shrimp and veggie rolls
S - Greek yogurt
D - chicken and steak fajitas w/ bell pepper and onion - no tortilla
S - ? not much snack food in the house which is a good thing! Maybe a piece of fruit

I did not have a good day. I took too long dressing as now some stuff is too big so I ran late, then someone was in my assigned parking spot (that I pay my employer $60 a month to park in underground parking close to my office), I forgot my ID badge, had production problems all the while packing to move from one side of the building to another.
In the interest of honesty I am going to post my bad days as well as my good ones.

S - SF Rockstar, 3 MF bars - I could not stop eating them all at once today
S - SF Rockstar
L - Bowl of instant Thai noodles I found in my desk while packing and just "had" to "use up"
S - Minature Milky Way and Minature 3 Musketeers
D - ???
Normally I am nowhere near this bad. But I was not nearly as bad as I would have been a year ago either. Total stress eating.
OH - and a NSV. I had no junk food to clean out of my desk. 2 SF Rockstars, 1 Diet Coke w/ lime and lots of MF packets and coughdrops. Some people had entire mini-marts...
