S: 2 oz turkey jerky with peanut butter (ahhh shaddap!)
D: South Beach Cheese pizza with turkey pepperoni
S: Half cup homemade-ish Fro Yo-- chocolate peanut butter flavor

*My beef barley soup was actually Trader Joe's plus extra brisket, some greek yogurt, a pile of mushrooms and corn, garlic and salt. It's delicious-- a serving (1.25 cups) turns out to be
251 calories, 6g fat, 27.5 g carbs, 21.5 g protein....and 5g fiber. Not bad for a veggie laden soup!

B - OMG omelet (sooo good - filled with spinach, tomato, avocado, and charred red bell pepper and goat cheese) - we have apparently started a Sunday omelet tradition since we seem to be having a late breakfast omelet every Sunday since New Years
S - grande latte with 1 raw sugar
L - English muffin with cream cheese and sliced strawberries (2)
D - bratwurst and baked beans
L~ 1/4 cup full fat chive cottage cheee mixed with 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese
S1~ About 1/2 a cup of cream of Broccol soup at Wegmans (I bought a 10 oz cup) Ran to the bathroom and puked it back up :(
S2~ SF Gel Cup (the non cold case ones are pectin and vegetarian) no puking :)
D~ tried a small nuked potato with Low fat sour cream and chopped green onions. Didn't go well. Puked.
I think my infection may be back. I can't seem to keep food down the past three days. I'm calling the dr in the morning.
