Gym's Open - pining for springtime tuesday

Good morning ladies!  Well, I survived my first workout with the trainer.  Yes, I'm sore, but it's not too bad.  I actually thought I had done something to my abs yesterday because around 2pm I started having some achey / crampy issues in my abdominal area that lasted until last night.  Well, I didn't do anything.  It was GAS!  Cracked me up that I was worried about it so much.

I was tired last night and went to sleep at 9pm.  I needed it!

Today, I'm going to hit the elliptical, then moving on to the strenuous hot tub / steam room combo!!!!  I know, it's a brutal workout.  No, I just want to losen up these tight muscles.  I'm scared for tomorrow though.  Legs!

Will you move to lose today?

I'm ready for springtime too!  The cold air Sunday morning (why, oh why, did I ever think it was cute for my little doggie to hang his head out of the car window??) gave me an earache so I stayed home on the couch yesterday...... I tried to make up for it today, but after 45 mins of recumbent bike time I'd had enough!  LOL
