Good morning/afternoon. I'm sorry this is so late. I'm still not feeling great.
B - low-sugar cranberry juice thinned down with carbonated water (I craved it and went to the store at a ridiculous time of night to buy some, along with some more tangelos which seem to be the only thing I can stand the smell or taste of)
S - tangelo
L - chicken breast and edamame
D - 1 slice whole grain toast with muenster or some similar cheese (guess its back to the store again) marcona almonds, another tangelo, maybe some lunch meat
S - v8
